We want you to be delighted with your order from Stag & Heather. If there is an issue with your purchase, we will always do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue promptly.

Please include your order number and, where possible, a photo of the item and packaging.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • In the same condition that you received it

You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, some items cannot be returned. This includes:

  • Perishable goods such as food items
  • Opened gift boxes
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Sale items and gift cards

Due to food safety regulations, food items and opened gift boxes cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

Returned items must still be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

This right does not apply to perishable goods or other exempt items where returns are excluded by law.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
