B2B Terms of Sale

These terms apply to all corporate and business-to-business orders placed with Stag & Heather.

Corporate Orders

Stag & Heather offers corporate gifting services for businesses, events, and client gifting. Corporate orders may include customised gift boxes, large quantity orders, or bespoke product selections.

Payment Terms

All corporate orders are supplied on a pro-forma basis. This means full payment is required before production or dispatch begins.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full.

Made-to-Order Products

Many corporate gift boxes are assembled specifically for each order. As a result, products are considered made to order.

Because of this, corporate orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of corporate gift boxes, all corporate orders are non-returnable.

If items arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Lead Times

Lead times for corporate orders may vary depending on order size, product availability, and seasonal demand.

Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of quotation or order confirmation.

Product Substitutions

Our gift boxes feature products from small Scottish makers and artisan suppliers. Occasionally, if an item becomes temporarily unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall quality and theme of the gift box.

Delivery

Delivery arrangements for corporate orders will be agreed at the time of purchase. This may include single-location delivery or distribution to multiple addresses.
