When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. During busy seasonal periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–4 working days from dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details by email.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £50.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes. If available at checkout, you can include a gift message and we will make sure it is included with your order.

Are your products made in Scotland?

We carefully curate products from independent Scottish makers and producers wherever possible. Our aim is to celebrate the traditions, flavours, and craftsmanship of Scotland through every box we send.

Will the contents of my gift box always be exactly the same?

Our gift boxes feature products from small artisan suppliers. Occasionally, if an item becomes temporarily unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar Scottish product of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall quality and theme of the gift box.

Do you offer corporate gifting?

Yes. We offer corporate gift boxes for businesses, client gifting, events, and special occasions. Please visit our Corporate Gifts page or contact us for more information.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if anything is damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Can I return a gift box?

Due to the perishable nature of many items in our gift boxes, returns are only accepted if items arrive damaged or incorrect. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. We hope to offer international delivery in the future.

Can I send my order directly to the recipient?

Yes. You can enter the recipient’s delivery address at checkout. Please make sure all address details are correct before placing your order.

Do you include pricing information in gift orders?

No pricing information is included inside the parcel, making our orders suitable for gifting directly to the recipient.
